This elegant wine has been made with grapes grown at 980 meters above sea level in our vineyard ”Los Aromos”. Produced in limited quantities and only released in exceptional years, our Gran Cabernet Sauvignon is the embodiment of this precious vineyard and the result of passionate dedication by our winemakers.

Tasting notes

Colour: intense ruby red with purple taints. Nose: before swilling the wine around the glass notice the strong aroma of jammy red and black fruit, especially cassis mingling with undertones of spice and red pepper. Subtle aromas of vanilla and caramel, accompanied by notes of toasted dried fruit merge to create what can only be described as a deeply aromatic sensation. Palate: this wine boasts a layered structure and a delicious complexity, both of which combine to create an intensely fulfilling mouth-feel. Its velvety and syrupy characteristics portray a soft and approachable wine. On the palette, black fruit and cassis path the way for a lengthy and distinguished finish.
